Não é um hotel de luxo, mas é um bom hotel. Apartamento e banheiro espaçosos, boa limpeza e bom atendimento. Roupas de cama e banho já bem desgastadas. O lençol inclusive estava furado. Bom atendimento e bom café da manhã. Garagem coberta paga a parte e com manobrista.

O hotel deveria avisar os seus hóspedes que o quarto destinado fica no térreo virado para os fundos do prédio. Neste quarto não é possível abrir a janela por conta justamente deste fundo em que ficam homens trabalhando o dia todo, o que impede também o hospede de respirar e descansar. Hotel bastante barulhento.
