Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property or on patios/balconies as smoke travels into other units. You may smoke away from the building and in car park area.

It is recommended that all guests take out travel insurance to cover against medical emergencies, potential cancellation, any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property or flight changes etc.

Please note, that the standard rate applies to three bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of six guests. The additional three bedrooms will be unlocked individually for every two additional guests booked, up to twelve guests in line with the "Extra Guest Policy".
