Very cute, easy to find. Good location in town. The stairs are a bit much, especially with a weeks worth of things for 3 people. It is located at a busy intersection, and the noise levels at night and in the early morning are quite loud. I now understand why they gave us 2 pair of foam ear plugs. Sure, we could have closed the window, but it is the only one that opens for any air. Could stock with more paper products, tissues, TP, etc. The bed was soft, and fairly comfortable. My 5 year old granddaughter slept on the fold down futon. She was comfortable,but no adult would have been. Way to many creases,dips, and very tippy when folded flat. Over all, it was clean and a good place to stay.

The Seagull's Nest was extremely nice for the price... To get any closer to Downtown, you'd have to live on the Sidewalk. Shopping was great, however expect some 'unusual' hours at some of the locations with late openings and early closings... One place we found was the World's End Pub, which is opened only Friday, Saturday and Sunday with as we found, varying hours of operation, subject to change. My Wife and I enjoyed the Long Beach Tavern and Castaways Pub not excellent cuisine and drinks... Locals were 'interesting' however quickly opened up and 'forgave' our being Tourist. Don't get me wrong, there are MANY more options and we tried them all, these were all just withing easy walking distance even in the wind and rain. We discovered our favorites for Breakfast were Benson's and Breakfast Club... But again had very flexible hours and seating at times. We tried many other places, missed a few and enjoyed them all, except one, but I won't burn them with a bad rap, could have just been a bad day!?!?? Lot of things to do... Putt-putt Golf, Go-Carts, Games, Entertainment over at Veterans Park... And very friendly Law Enforcement provided you're behaving yourself... As for the Saleagull's Nest itself... It has everything you need, but is dated... and a little noisy until about 9:30 - 10:00 at night, then they roll the Sidewalks up and it gets quite...OTHER than when someone feels the need to prove their 'manhood' by over revving their big Engines or Loud Motorcycles.

If you want to be in the hub of town, this is a good spot. But with that comes a lot of street noise. Our check in was not smooth. First we couldn’t locate the accommodation. Our pre check paper should have included details that this is an apartment unit above businesses, not readily identifiable from the street. Then our key code did not work and we had to call the property manager to have it reprogrammed. Once in the unit we found it very clean and decently appointed. One other item of note (from a 40 year firefighter, it is not sprinkled and has only one point of exit which makes a fire guy nervous.

Amazing

This was a perfect little space to be in to sleep, have coffee and rest a minute...we were there in Longbeach for jeep event, so didn't spend much time inside other than sleep and that first morning cup of coffee. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Great location and amenities, loved being able to walk to everything.

Loved being right in town. Walked to shops and restaurants. Used the bag chairs in the closet and we were amazed we could drive on the beach for sunset. I was able to get some souvenirs and icecream next door while my husband napped. A great two nites of our coastal trip!! Only concern was the mattress was worn and we tended to roll toward the middle.

Cozy rental near the beach.

Overall this rental was really nice and perfect for what my friends and I needed. It had all the required kitchen supplies for the meals we made, was walking distance to the beach, and was a decent size for a small group. Some very minor things that we didn’t like
 there was a stench in the suite, we ended up getting a candle to mask the smell. We later discovered that the smell was coming from a neighbour who smokes. The coffee maker water tank was a little moldy, so we cleaned that out. This suite is located on the corner of a very busy road, so it was difficult to sleep as we could hear traffic all night. The bed and the couch weren’t very comfortable at all. All in all it was good. My friends and I hardly spent time in the suite so it worked for what we needed!

Fabulous solo trip

Stayed for a week and a half and this studio was perfect. Photos are just like the listing, enough space for me to come and go as well as work at the table (stable wifi). Basic and functional kitchen and coffee maker. Bathroom was nice, and bed and linens were very comfortable. The location snack downtown was convenient (easy to walk everywhere from here) and parking was also readily available. The street can be a little loud even with the window closed but not terrible. I had a sleep mask because I’m usually a pitch black room person and that did the trick. The only other thing that would have been nice was a higher shower head for us tall people, but nothing to complain about! The keypad went out at one point and they were quick to reset the wifi and someone came to change the batteries. Both very nice people. I will definitely book this studio again and have suggested it to friends if and when they’re in this area.

Clean studio, great location, friendly staff

This is a prime location to stay in the heart of town. Very easy to walk to the beach a couple of blocks away or walk down the street to grab tasty food. The only downside of being so close to everything is the traffic noise. Otherwise it’s a clean studio and just enough room for the three of us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was centrally located, nicely decorated and comfortable. If I have to say of any disadvantage, it would be only the height of the shower head which was low. Besides that everything else was very good.

Perfect location

Will definitely be back! Monica was amazing and super speedy at answering questions. We had everything we needed, it was clean and the location was perfect. They made sure our parking spot was empty during a very busy time of year. No complaints at all.

Great place!

My friend and I had an excellent experience at this apartment! The place was clean and had everything we need to have a good vacation. The house was close to everything. We could walk to the beach and a place to eat. The only thing that was a problem was how close it was to the Main Street, lots of traffic noise. But over all we had a excellent experience. I would definitely recommend staying at this house!

Excellent place to stay in the heart of town

The recently added table and 2 chairs in front of the large window in the entry were a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed seeing the through the arch while enjoying coffee and meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful location for the weekend.

Couple Getaway

Very cute place. Loved the location, it was very convenient for walking around. If you’re sensitive to noise & light, may be a little difficult to sleep but they did provide sleep masks and ear plugs, which was great!
