Open floor plan and beautifully decorated condo features a large open living area , 2 king bedrooms, 2 full baths and a `40 foot balcony with outdoor dining and seating area. It is a perfect winter get away for snowbirds and swimmers, boasting the largest private poolon Longboat.

With brand new amenities that include a new fitness center and equipment with beautiful ocean views, new mens and womens saunas. The common areas also includes a gorgous decorated clubhouse for shared gatherings and common work space overlooking the ocean and pool, a large conference room that can be reserved, a well stocked library, tennis court and new 2 new pickleball courts (to be completed this summe) and a junior olympic pool where guests can relax and unwind.

It is in a very desirable location on the South end of LBK, walking distance to Publix, CVS, liquor store, nail salon, dry cleaning, banking, the town center, ~1 mile to St. Regis and ~5 miles to St. Armands with cafes, restaurants and shopping.
