• Train tracks are nearby; light sleepers may hear occasional train noise
• Pet friendly: up to 2 dogs ($40/day, $250 max per stay); must confirm at booking. Additional dogs considered case-by-case. Back fence is not tall/sturdy—please do not leave pets outside unattended. $300 penalty for unreported pets. There are five dog parks in Longmont. There is also a really nice off-leash dog area at Union Reservoir, where pups can run free and play in the water. Most Longmont restaurants with patio seating welcome dogs and will bring them water (and sometimes treats) while you eat (Long's Peak, Lucille's, Cheba Hut, Bella Vita, Luna Cafe, Tangerine's, Dryland, Georgia Boy's BBQ, Wibby Brewing).
