We were only given 1 key. We were promised a second one and it never came. We requested more towels because we were not given enough for two people and we requested a DO NOT DISTURB sign because we didn’t have one. They were going to bring the items up and they never came. We had to eventually get the towels ourselves. The beds were hard and lumpy which contributed to my mom’s back problems and she is a senior citizen. They ran out of breakfast items and the breakfast they had left tasted rushed. The gravy tasted like flour. The juice was watery. The atmosphere felt like they were really cutting back. Checkout time was 11 and someone tried to come on at 10, but I was never given a DO NOT DISTURB sign to go on the door to let them know that I was still in the room.
One elevator was broke so took so long to get the elevator to where we were! And it was always packed full!
Rooms were nice but the tv in one room didn’t work at all!
No complaints. One elevator was out of service, but we didn't mind waiting or taking the stairs. Dark wood panels throughout give historic (rather than modern) feel.
The pool had an oily film over it and clumps of hair/whatever floating on surface.
The hallway floors had structural issues masked by carpet - fissures/4 inch wide cracks down middle of hall with soft spots and sink holes - a significant fall risk at best and indications of structural/foundational issues affecting the safety of the hotel as a whole, especially on the fourth floor!
Room 409 The dark wood furniture in the bathroom was dusty/unclean indicating a lack of regular dusting.
The bathroom vent was caked in old dust and clearly not cleaned regularly.
The room had a musty, moldy smell when I first entered the room. It improved with a/c and air circulation but was still present, as my allergies were significantly activated throughout my stay.
The bathroom floor had bits of toilet paper under the vanity furniture indicating lack of through cleaning between customers.
My coworkers had similar experiences in both rooms 309 and 319, and similar hallway/structural issues on that hall as well.
My first experience here was not too good. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like smoke and was very stuffy. The entry door lock was off and the door did not close properly. You have to push it hard and the latch barely turns. A major safety concern especially for small children The microwave door was opened and light was on, so when I closed the door it immediately started. So I asked the receptionist if she could get someone to help me unplug it. I would not get any sleep with a light shining through the night.

The staff were excellent, all of them! The facility was subpar. Upon check in there was a note on the counter indicating the pool was closed. There was a note on the door leading to pool and gym to not fully open the door as the door doctor was coming soon. It rained that day and so did our room. The window leaked. The tv remote channel button would only go in one direction. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Had to go down to first floor each day to get ice. On our second day, the ac unit started making terrible sounds, pool was still closed. Front desk said a part was ordered. Pool remained close the entire visit and the door doctor never came. This was just a fun girls trip that was dampened by a facility that needs attention.

Had to call to get staff to come to the front to check us in then she told me there was a $25 incidental deposit and they took $125.
Was good experience other then ice machine on our floor wasnt working pool was down for maintenance for some of our stay we didnt get to use it wifi was slow you have pay extra for faster wifi breakfast was ok staff was friendly and helpful
