The view is fantastic. And the outdoor bar patio was great but you need to take two separate elevators to get into these places and there's no signed at directly navigate to you to either place so you need to ask and attendant to understand the place

Great room in DTLA! Very clean and modern. Quiet despite the location. Super convenient for a concert at Crypto.com arena. Walking distance to Javier’s and Mastros if you’re looking for a nice dinner. Valet parking available for a hefty fee. Consider nearby self parking options instead.

The place was clean and well decorated. With that being said, this hotel is overly complicated and deceiving on access. You have to take multiple elevators between two hotels just to get to the ground floor, the restaurants don't serve lunch, and they add a 20% service charges even when you order your food to go. The pool was closed by 1pm on the weekend, and the wifi didn't work consistently on any of the days we were there. They give you an $18 food credit per day for the room, but most meals (even coffee and pastry) will cost more than that for one person, let alone two. Overall we were safe, and clean...but this place is absolutely extra for no reason

Very convenient if you're staying for something at the area / convention center. Although small the rooms are nice with good views. Besides the hotel itself, parking is ok, and dining will be expensive if you're not prepared to drive ~ a mile or two for food

Very beautiful and classy. Beautiful view from the lobby at the top (I wish I had a warning that the lobby was at the top). Room beautiful but very small. Not meant for anyone wanting to relax in your room but more for someone wanting to have lots of options for food/drink.
