In general this worked out fine. The place was as described and reasonably comfortable, well appointed, clean. A bit aging / showing its age but not terribly. The interactions with the owner were a bit weird. The property was not where Vrbo said it was but rather half a mile down the road, not sure why. And the owner kept asking me to send photos on SMS, first of my ID, then when we got there to send photos of the keys we got (to trap me later on if I didn't return those keys?). It felt odd.In the end everything was fine, so I suppose I'd stay here again.
Location close to the hospital is great. 4 queen beds plus 2 restrooms are amazing. However, the night we step in the unit the electricity went off totally only in our unit. I called the owner who directed me to go to the main electricity switch in the parking lot to restart the switch which solved the problem. In addition few of the blinds were either broken or missing which the owner told me that the maintenance will come to fix. No one showed up for the time of our stay and the electricity went off again when I was away and my family could not figure it out till I came back to restart the main switch again. I would give it a 5 stars if these maintenance issues were not there or a fix was done during our stay.
