I was so pleasantly surprised by everything: super nice staff, clean hotel, super clean and quiet room. I was in from an international flight, so I ate a little in the restaurant and then for their breakfast buffet in the AM and everything was great. Clearly, there is some great management here because the staff were all happy and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at The Cambria with my son! It was close enough to the beach and close to SoFi stadium. The staff was great and was sure to check in on us and provide anything we needed.

I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 10 times and it’s nice — but I HATE that they’ve started nickel and diming on the parking. $30 per night for parking (so 20% of the nightly room charge)? When they have a huge lot that has never been full in my 5 years of staying with them? Nope. There are so many equally nice hotels that are even more walkable to the main things on PCH. Also — whatever new app they are using is so confusing. I paid for parking at 9 pm and the next day at around 11 am I got a notification that the session was over. So $30 isn’t even for 24 hours? What the hell

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful in making sure my stay was great. My only complaint is that they did not have secured WiFi only an open network so I couldn’t use it. Also the hanger restaurant did not have regular drink options on their online ordering but the food was great!

This isn't a 4-star hotel; there was no shower door in the bathroom, the mattress was so flat it felt like I was sleeping on the floor, and the main door to the hotel room had a crack that allowed the guest outside in the hallway to see into the room. Why rate the hotel when guests don't get that 4-star experience everything about businesses is fake now is no authentication is just all lies.

The airport shuttle was easy to find and the dispatch was responsive to my calls. They picked me up very quickly. I was assigned a room on a floor that was not clean. I requested another room and was upgraded to a room with an AC unit that was broken and a phone that didn't work. The room was clean and once I learned how to get the heater to work, I was very comfortable. When I reported these issues, I was given a free breakfast voucher as an accommodation for the inconveniences. The breakfast was good and the service even better. Overall it was a good stay.
