Great time with friends while going to a convention in LA. House was clean and worked great for our group. Shower was a little confusing at first (multiple knobs) but we figured it out :) comfortable beds and plenty of space.
The house was perfect for our stay! Location was great; it was quiet; well stocked kitchen; and everything was very clean. The shower was terrific with plenty of hot water and water pressure. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of accomodation for clothing in the ample closets. Communication was quick and responsive.A couple of notations: the master bath shower was not usable. Not because it was not a working shower, but because the configuration was difficult. There is a wall, about 2 feet high that needs to be climbed over to get into the tub area. The tub area is much lower than the wall, so one would need to climb up over and down. If one is quite tall and/or agile, that would be doable. For older, short, not very agile people, it would be a challenge. I did not attempt it.Also, the beautiful dish sets have metallic on them, which should not be used in the microwave. We would absolutely stay here again!
We came to LA for our brotherâs wedding. Home had 3 bedrooms and we had 3 groups so it worked well. Largest bedroom with two beds didnât have a window just a patio door to the backyard. That group was a little hot so they had the air conditioning on. This worked fine but if you like open windows, stay in the other two bedrooms. Property was clean, great neighborhood, easy street parking and quiet. It was close to the wedding location in Burbank. Host replied to all inquiries promptly.
Nice, comfortable, clean and well-appointed house with easy access to freeways. Neighborhood was quiet with shopping and restaurants nearby. My only quibble was that in house that sleeps multiple people, the coffee maker is a single cup Krureg machine.
The stay was good.just and FYI for people planning their next stay. The host send me the code of the house a little before 4 pm, I replied 1 hour later and that was it. We were at the amusement park and when we got there like at 9ish the code wasn't working. I was waiting outside the house for more than an hour, calling, texting and ringing the doorbell and NOTHING the host didn't reply!! It was frustrating because my family was tired . My husband had to call VRBO to see if they could help out and as we were dealing with the person on the other line I finally got a reply from the host with a code Wich wasn't the one he gave me other than that everything was ok.
The house was clean, it was cozy, and the front garden was beautiful, the beds were a little on the softer side but otherwise comfortable, we only went tot he back to throw away garbage we didnât really go into the backyard for anything else. It was close to were we needed to go, the shower water pressure was nice and strong, the washer and drier were nice and easy to use. Overall we loved it thank you for your hospitality
A nicely updated home in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to a few stores. Itâs close enough to a couple of major freeways to get to LA or Pasadena.
Stayed with 7 adult men and was away for a conference all day. This was primarily a place to sleep for us. It had 4 queen beds plus an ottoman, roll away bed, and sofa bed. The place had a sense of not 100% clean, but I may just hold things to a high standard as visually, there wasnât anything unclean. Linens and towels are sub tier and a step below hotel quality. Overall, it was a great place to stay, but not amazing.
We chose this property based on its proximity to Universal studio. Property was spacious and clean. It is only street parking, which was a bit of a concern, but in the end turned out fine. Washer/dryer unit is a definite plus.
