The location of this property was excellent. Breakfast excellent and bar excellent. The staff was very friendly. The location of our room was right above the main outdoor conditioning unit which ran 24/7 and was very loud even with our sliding doors closed. Also the free wifi was not working. I kept getting the message that the internet was not connected.

They staff did a poor job in managing our reservation. We arrived at the property to only find out that they over sold the rooms. They said they tried to contact us however that was a lie. We never received an email, phone call, nothing. The only positive was that they sent us to a local hotel and comped the stay.
