Very dirty. I wipe serfaces with a white towel and some lysol at hotels always and thw towel was black with dirt and grime. Hotel staff does not clean here.

The room smelled really bad. The restroom didn’t work. They only gave us one toilet paper. They didn’t have a blow dryer. Didn’t have Kleenex. I did not like my stay.

Not coming back

The room smelled like smoke and the. The shower kept leaking through the back of the shower head. I couldn't sit on the end of the bed due to it lifting. The bed had an indentation on the right side like some one has slept there for a long time.

I waited at the front desk for someone to check me in took over 30 minutes. Along with that Hotels.com didn’t have me registered at this hotel thank God they had three rooms left! They did not have me checking in in their computer system! Hotels.com drop the ball. The microwave oven was never cleaned when I went to warm some food up. Very disgusting.

Overall a great stay but I was a little bothered by the fact I used a towel when I showered and it had a small bit of dirt and they charged me and told me that it was damaged when you can literally just put it in the washer and they charged me for two which was like $10 of my $100 deposit even tho I left the room spotless but hey if you just needed to find somthing to charge me for I guess so. Overall besides that it was a decent hotel

I reserved a few nights at this location for a business trip. The online photos looked appealing and the studio concept was a plus. Needless to say, it was nothing at all as advertised. The bathroom sink faucet was dirty, floors were sticky, and worse of all, the bedsheets were blood stained! I had to scramble to reserve another room a few cities over. I will never return again and would never recommend it!
