Attitudeof really unhelpful male staff member on checking in on Sat 27th. I tried ringing the hotel 18 times because of delayed flight. When intrued to press options, nothing happened. Not the hotel's fault but he didn't care less. Also no reply to all my emails to the property on Ebookers. Really stressful trip

Airport shuttle wait was too long on pick up. The rooms have sliding door in the bathroom not very private. One of our rooms was not serviced . This is overall an average stay. Staff were really nice.
