The room was advertised as a queen bed room, the bed was full size and too small for two grown adults. Very uncountable. The room smelt musty and was very very humid inside. Very disappointed and wish I would’ve saved my money on this scam..

Found a large cockroach in our room on the second day, right after morning room service (photo documented). We were traveling with a 2-month-old baby, which makes this especially unacceptable. Front desk said no rooms were available to move us, and management never responded afterward. Poor hygiene, no accountability, and zero concern for guest safety. Would not recommend, especially for families.

As a Travel RN, it is super important for me to stay in a safe, and clean hotel while I look for my permanent housing while on assignment. This hotel is darling. The rooms are super spacious, and the bed is so comfortable you do not want to get up for work. The rooms, and hotel are extremely clean, and decorated so lovely. The check in is completed virtually, and so easy. The young lady was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. There is an elevator close to the lobby to take you to your room. This hotel is located in a super safe area of Glendale, CA. It is walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops, and one of my favorite bakeries Red Ribbon. I highly recommend this hotel everyone.

I normally am not too picky when on road trips - just need a comfortable and clean place to crash...this was that and more - an older property that had gotten a bit of a refresh at some point, so a bit more modern and appealing...the check-in kiosk threw me off initially, but it was pretty convenient and when I needed a replacement keycard, it was super easy...the kicker was the free coffee/beverages - it was pointed out a couple times as a perk, I figured the usual pot of stale java...nope, actually two machines that made fresh customizable coffee, as well as flavored water dispenser - these two amenities definitely would make me come back for sure!
