We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.

Charming, quiet and modern

We booked this as part of a larger trip to go to Disneyland. We stopped over in Calabasas to be conveniently located by Universal Studios. The hotel was really clean. The staff was incredibly friendly upon greeting us and the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The showers were exceptionally nice. Additionally, this was conveniently located by shopping and food, but what I liked the most was the EV charger that I could walk to from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Best hotel in calabasas

Amazing stay as usual. This is my go to place when I’m in this area. First and most importantly the service is amazing, Betsy is phenomenal and always goes above and beyond to help in anyway. All of the front desk staff is really excellent. Also the kitchen staff is awesome and the food is delicious. The rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Nothing more to ask for.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind. I decided to stay for my birthday and they were kind enough to offer me and my boyfriend free breakfast during our stay. They also allowed us to keep my birthday cake in their fridge which was amazing. The room was very spacious and the whole experience was great. Will definitely be staying here again!

My mom needed a little help. The staff was very friendly and helpful without ever being condescending. They sent someone to "fix" the room's coffeemaker. They reminded her of her room number and figured out which room to charge when she gave the wrong # at breakfast. Also - it's near Sagebrush Cantina and Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center. And it's one or two minutes from the 101 entry.
