The property itself was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, no complaints there! The rooms were clean and comfortable and in relatively new and updated. Free parking was a huge plus and guard overnight which I appreciated because of the surrounding area was not the best. This stay was a nice little gem hidden in not the best area of LA, was in town for a concert at the BMO stadium which was easy to uber/lyft to from this location. Would stay again if needed just be aware the surrounding streets are not the best, but felt safe staying here.

There was a car alarm/property alarm that was constantly going on and off throughout the entire stay. This was disruptive and heard even with the fan set to constantly run to try to drown out the noise. This was heard on and off from the start of the stay on Friday evening continuing until check out on Monday morning. This was very disruptive for working and sleeping.

For the AC-the problem is when we tried turning it on, the room will smells pee...thought it's coming from the carpet or in the bathroom...then I figured it out, it's coming from the window which we saw a lot of homeless in the alley near the parking garage....

The AC kept the room cool, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did notice that our bathroom light flickered maybe 2 times and I think it could just be the light switch or something.

This Hotel was completely different from picture in the ad. It is in a area not suitable for families. Very unsafe. Sirens and loud noises all night long. Otherwise clean, staff polite and courteous. But would never come back.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The room was incredibly spacious. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom, which immediately put me at ease. One of the highlights was the in-room jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to operate; exactly what you'd hope for. The bed was another standout. Extremely comfortable with quality linens and plush pillows. I slept like a rock, which says a lot because I'm usually a light sleeper. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-kept place to stay!
