Airport shuttle and staff was great However the room and property was horrible. Our room smelled wet and mildew and there was mold in the bathroom. I wore my shoes walking around the room-floors very icky. I would NEVER stay here again

Thank you so much and shout out to jaime!! He was at the front desk and made the entire experience excellent with his amazing customer service! The room was decently clean but the only issue we had was the light in the bathroom kept flickering on and off in the middle of my shower , but regardless I would return back because of jaime customer service!
