The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, so it felt stuffy inside, especially with the kitchen. There were also a lot of bugs outside during our barbecue. Most importantly, one of the staff members was rude, which was very disappointing. I expected better from Hilton.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. When I asked the front desk, they said the cleaning staff saw a “privacy” sign — but no such sign was ever placed. The front desk manager, Henry Kamar spoke to me in a very rude and judgmental tone when I brought up the issue. His attitude was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. A person in that role should know how to treat guests with basic respect. His behavior alone lowered the overall quality of my stay.

The pull-out couch had a very stained mattress, that we felt was too unsanitary to use. It also didn't have sheets on it. The king size bed was pretty hard and pillows were awful.

I'd stay again

Since you have a stocked kitchen, having Trader Joe's next door made for a nice, hot, non-restaurant dinner. I expected it to be noisy so near the freeway but we couldn't hear anything in our room.

Nice place to stay. Right next door is a Trader Joe’s where you have many options for food to enjoy/cook in your room. It had a nice pool area and spacious room. My only complaint was at breakfast there was only one waffle machine and each day the line was 3-4 people deep waiting; purchasing another machine would be helpful!
