Parking issues: Was told the parking at the hotel was $17 a day to save a space, but that they did had “free” parking at the motel next door “budget in” so we parked there. The next morning was told by the front office guy to move my car or ir will be towed, we told him we were autorized to park there and he did not take it well, we finally had to move and park on the street.

A nice place in the heart of Hollywood. It's sad what the surrounding area has become, but this place is an oasis in the middle.

I love this hotel for his location and the staff is amazing. They are helpful always willing to make a deal and accommodating. Perfect for reliable, affordable, convenient stay. And the parking is very affordable in the area.

El peor hotel , en la pagina decia que tenian desayuno gratis lo cual es una mentira, desdia que tenian estacionamiento lo cual no era asi te cobran $17 el dia y te dicen que puedes estacionarte gratis en el hotel de al lado lo cual solo caben como 3 autos..!! , en las fotos de la pagina sale que todos los cuantos tiene microwave lo cual es una mentira , tiene un microwave en front desk para que todos puedan usarlo , en la habitación que me dieron encontre 2 arañas vivas, encontre una chinche en la habitacion , la puerta del baño no se podia cerrar porque no servia el seguro de la puerta si la cerrabas no la podias abrir de adentro tenia que alguien abrirla por afuera imaginense si tu vas solos y cierras la puerta te quedas encerrad@ en el baño , fui a quejarme a front desk y la unica respuesta que recibo de la persona que estaba en turno fue que tenia que esperar al manager y el manager nunca llego. Nunca vuelvo a hospedarme en ese hotel y no lo recomiendo para nada a nadie es el peor hotel que hay ....!!!!

There was not enough amenities for a triple beds room, only a small tube of shampoo and a small soap bar are available. And they charge $17 per night for parking fees, which was not mentioned on the website where I booked it, so I had to pay additional $34 for 2 nights stay.

I stayed there twice on 2 separate occasions because I had a job seminar closest to this Motel & both occasions is the same experience except on the last stay there was a leaking pipe from the bathroom sink that was in the bedroom. Couldn’t got a hold of anyone because the front desk phones doesn’t work & I wasn’t getting out my room at night to walk to the front desk. Rooms need a facelift and you can never get parking here because you have to make a reservation for a space, out of state visitors are less likely to get a space because their phones doesn’t work you have to park on the street that is fully infested with people on drugs at the entrance area onwards. The beds are okay not plush mattresses with dinghy sheets.

Romm was very bad , lot of very dirty filthy spots on the carpet. Shower 🚿 did not had hot water , and it was leaking in the bathroom floor. Do not recommend to anyone!
