Not too clean, room was dusty near bed. My plans changed and I left the property early. Front desk girl at the 4 pm hour was not accommodating and rude. She also did not offer refund. Another customer wanted my room but looked haggard so not sure if homeless or legit. Curious to know if front desk took her money and gave her my room instead.

I stayed here to go to Halloween horror nights with my friend, and it was perfect. We got there on a Friday and left on a Sunday. The manager was extremely kind letting us do a late checkout for a $30 fee on Sunday. The free breakfast was nice, and the hotel was in a great area. We went out to dinner at the mall, and it was actually really quiet for somewhere in the city. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the parking was pretty cheap too. Overall I had a great stay, and we both want to stay here in the future for any other events we end up doing in the LA area!

While breakfast had minimal variety it was a standard hotel breakfast with waffles, yogurt, toast and bagel options as well as coffee and juice. Did the job! The staff was friendly and accommodating our later than expected arrival. Room was clean and well kept for our arrival. The jetted tub within the room is such a great amenity and will be looking to book this room again. Thank you!
