We stayed in a studio at corner end. Everything about this place was excellent. Room was big, cozy, clean. Even though we had a kitchen we ate breakfast downstairs because they offer great free options. Bar open downstairs with food options till 10 along with chipotle outside the building along with Starbucks. Safe environment and quiet at night. Ill be returning for sure

Had to change rooms a few times: first, due to a smelly room; second, due to the toilet not flushing; third, still has a strange smell, but not as bad as the first. Didn't want to deal with moving again. Expected better room condition. Check-in staff were very helpful and kind.

Check in was disappointing, our family arrived to a late check in after spending the day at Universal Studios. The entrance door to the hotel was locked and upon using the telecom to communicate with the front desk, I was left standing outside for 5 minutes. Also, during check in, I told breakfast would be served until 9:30, which in fact is only served until 9:00 on weekdays. Furthermore, the gal at the front desk was not very attentive or friendly and was talking on her cell phone when I was trying to purchase waters from their mini bar. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable and the space was great. It was only the front desk experience that prevents me from giving a 5 star review.

The reception told us that the room with bath tub that we had specifically asked for was not available. When I explained that my wife had a medical condition that required the tub, they demured. I asked to cancel the booking, to which they agreed, promising to return the payment promptly. I'm still waiting for the return.

My son was in a room at the hospital across the street. This was in walking distance, which made going back-and-forth easy. I did think the $50 a night for parking was a bit excessive and it would’ve been nice to give a small discount if you have someone in the hospital, the room is quite expensive
