The stay at the hotel was great, The Beacon Kitchen and Bar was great the first night but the last night staying there which was on Sunday, April 14th. We went to have dinner at 8PM and we understand that there is one person running the place, but all the tables have been served and some of the tables already left when we got there. So we were the only ones that have not been served food. There was an elderly couple that he just served food and they were pointing to him that we just sat down and sent him our way. The guy comes, does not greet kindly and lets us wait for 15 min. We got the hint that he does not want to take our order us so we just left. Maybe staffing was really short that night and he was going through a lot. My family and I did not experience the welcome we had the previous night we had dinner there. If the kitchen and bar were more pleasant I would give 5 star rating.

It was a horrible stay. We checked in late night after a long drive. There was no hot water and even though they said they will get us another room in the morning we didn’t get a room until later at night. Had a horrible stay this time. Front desk gave lip service without apologizing,

I had to get a room here until my redeye left at 1am. It was perfect and far nicer than any “airport hotel” I’ve stayed in. But true to Hyatt Place standards, I was pleasantly surprised! Quiet, clean and I felt safe out front getting some fresh air at 9:30pm alone. The hotel security person was extremely attentive with all the guests I saw them interacting with. They even picked up my Texas accent and we had a laugh about its distinctiveness. Overall, a great place to spend my time.

We stayed longer than we planned, delays and such, Staff was great, room was clean and spacious, didn't use the pool, it was a bit chilly. Will be back on my next trip
