For starters they gave us a room and then had someone come open our door because they gave them the same one. No cold water in the shower and the room wasn’t even the one i chose originally so i guess I won’t be booking with you guys anymore

The room was clean and was a really nice size. The couch turned into a pull-out bed which was useful bc we had our daughter with us. Only complaint I have is the water pressure. It was so hard I felt like I was getting beat up by the water every time I showered lol. It was close to eateries about 15 min away and close to the freeway. I would stay here again.

I really appreciate the staff who supported me after checking out my hotel early then missing my flight to Australia. I came back to the hotel after missing my flight and feeling so stressed out. They immediately got me back into my room and helped me to extend the room for an additional day. I was so relieved!
