The hotel is awesome per usual. The checkin staff didn’t provide the VIP benefits again. They need to be retrained. We shouldn’t have to ask for the benefits. Most staff were very friendly and everyone was especially kind to our large pup.

This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting ucla. Expedia’s ability to modify a reservation is awful. I texted and emailed Expedia to change the name on the reservation. It was changed on my Expedia reservation but not at the hotel! The AI text was obviously not correct. Expedia reservation modification feature is terrible.
