Less than 5 min walk will get you to newest public beach access point, offering you a beautiful stretch of coastline between Carbon Beach (also known as Billionaires Beach) and the renowned Duke’s Malibu Restaurant.

Convenience is at your doorstep! We’re less than 2 miles from Malibu Pier and the vibrant Malibu Village, and just 4.5 miles from the Getty Villa.

Our place is a compact, studio-style unit- often called a bachelor apartment-which means it does not have a kitchen. It’s a budget-friendly, no-frills stay in a prime Malibu location. We provide a comfortable stay at a fraction of the cost of local budget hotels. Think of it as a smart alternative to a basic hotel room, but with more personality and beach vibes.

If you're bringing a pet, please include it in your booking request. There’s a $49 cleaning fee for pets. Keep in mind that dogs must be leashed outside the apartment. The property is not fully fenced, so please consider this for your pet’s safety.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. A $100 late check-out fee applies for any departures past 11 am, as it affects our cleaning schedule and the next guests. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you text us as a courtesy when checking out.

Just a Heads-Up (From One Nature-Lover to Another):
We like to keep things natural around here - our cleaning products and laundry detergents are mostly scent-free or gently scented with essential oils (so don’t expect a cloud of “Mountain Breeze” when you walk in).
We also use non-toxic pest repellents only around the outside of the house - partly for our family health reasons, and partly because we have a small doodle and don't want toxins around her.
Because of this, especially during warmer months, it's possible you may see some ants inside the house. This is a common seasonal issue in coastal Southern California and difficult to eliminate entirely with natural methods, especially if you’re bringing pets along.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept this. We do not offer refunds due to the presence of ants, as this is a known and disclosed condition during warmer weather.
