We arrived late at night our first night and when I opened the second bedroom I was met with such a loud noise. They clearly had a leak and had an industrial dehumidifier and fan with the bed moved away from the wall and the humidifier extension taped to the floor and drainage into the bathroom sink which made half the bathroom unusable. I contacted them right away and they said they were unaware and would contact me first thing in the morning to resolve it. The never called and 2.5 days later I reached out again and then they finally responded with no resolution. Told me they would get back to me again and failed to do so. The place was also dirty as there was construction happening prior. They admitted that they had prior knowledge of a known leak yet gave us no notice before showing up and thought it was okay to still rent at full price. We had a toddler with us who could not stay in that room because of the equipment. Horrible experience and worse customer service. They truly don’t care to get back to you or help you at all. They clearly own a ton of properties and have another management team take care of things and do not know what is going on. This was my third stay and they still couldn’t even help me out. Would never stay there again which is a shame because it’s a great location but not worth the hassle. Als to mention half of the electrical outlets did not work and we had a sleep apnea machine we almost couldn’t plug in.

DO NOT STAY HERE !! The whole experience has been absolutely horrid ! I've never left a one star review in the many years using Vrbo.! the check-in is absolutely horrible. The management is a freaking nightmare and it was dirty! For check-in, they don't let you check into their Crazy app out side of Vrbo to instructions till check in . Then once you can once you drive into the car garage, it only allows you to have two minutes to run to the elevator to even be able to go up to your floor to get your fobs. You obviously need two minutes to read the dang instructions they barely let you open once you're there . It took longer for us because there were somebody parked in our designated parking the whole entire time. So you can guess it, like other reviews I saw, we were locked outside calling Vrbo and host They finally called me back after a 45 min after Vrbo got a hold of them after a long time and she told me to look at the app and then hung up on me.! Ow I was livid . Another person let us in and took us to our floor. No help from our host. When we got in everything looked charming, and then we started to relax because the view was beautiful. Then we lifted the sheets and dirty! Someone's sweat body Mark was still on the bedding I sent pictures, no response so then I had to begin to wash the bedding. We sat down to watch TV. Guess what TV doesn't work and they offered me a 30 coffee coupon for it. lol all they do is send you a corporate response and make you feel at fault.

The host was very accommodating to our needs. Cant say that much for VRBO. VRBO lost my reservation and check in information. I ended up contacting the host directly. It was a pleasure dealing directly with the host. The unit was more than adequate for our needs. The location was perfectly situated in the middle of everything.

Weekend getaway trip

Pretty nice and clean spot to stay at. Super responsive hosts and everything that is advertised as is. However, did get a noise complaint at around 1pm. Understandable since there are other permanent tenants and families so just keep that in mind when booking if you are going to an event that is nearby. Still super friendly hosts and cannot complain about my stay here.

The location was great.

We had a lovely time as a family. Shops and restaurants are all walking distance. Plenty of space. Better than a hotel. Customer is fast. We needed an extra fob and they provided one quickly. I wish they explain the check-in process better. Like right at the beginning, just state that you have to walk up to the front door. For example: -Must come in the building through the front door.-Front Building access code: %*&-Room # &%-Lockbox access Code: @#%&-Use one of the two fobs to enter the condo. Then have all the many paragraphs you explain in detail. The parking gate was open, and we parked at the visitor parking, then took the elevator straight up the floor

AMAZING WEEKEND!!!!!

My sister graduated and got her masters degree at the Long Beach convention Center, I did not realize our rental was within walking distance of where she was graduating and there were so many places to go like Starbucks and the outlet and other restaurants. We did not have to order an Uber or a Lyft to get around, it saved us quite a bit of money and I’m really happy with the decision that was made to stay there. Everything was clean. It was comfortable and I would stay there again hands-down.

We were not impressed with the lack of instructions associated with the check-in and obtaining access to the garage. The property was clean but there was a faint unappealing odor inside the unit. The views were great but the noise at night in the area was disappointing. We also had issues with the television but managed to use the cell phone to cast to the TV.

Amazing place!

This place was super clean and in a safe area, so perfect for families! Communication with the owner was the best I’ve experienced with fast response times and able to help with whatever you need. Location was awesome and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Long Beach, this place is it!

Nice view

Property is as described. The negative reviews regarding the check-in process are ALL TRUE. We sat on the streets an hour after the check-in time 4pm because my signature didn’t match my driver’s license. So after an hour of sending selfies of myself pictured with my driver’s license and military identification I was finally cleared to check-in. The worst check-in process ever!! The only good thing about this VRBO is the view, that’s it, seriously!! I wouldn’t refer anyone here mainly because of the check-in process.
