The room had no shampoo or an Iron. Very little covers as well on the bed. The bed was like an old spring bed, you could feel the springs. Also there was a lot of rough looking characters staying there. Loud music and dogs. I will not be back!

The parking lot was average, however I kept looking outside to see if my car was still there as there was a lot of homeless wandering around loitering... I did not feel safe and wanted to leave due to the foul odor of let's say "Skunk" and not the rodent type!!! I will never stay there again, and will tell everyone I know bout the bad experience..... The A/c-- heater didn't work I was very uncomfortable, The room was so small, I did not even take a shower as I just wanted to leave and move on....

Easy parking the room was clean staff was nice the air conditioning did not heat the room was cold but besides that it was ok but owe ever got the room about 125 was noise all night I could not sleep

Room was clean, and furnished with decent linens. A/C unit worked well despite the weather. Suitcase rack and provided hanging space was appreciated. Staff accommodated a request for a ground floor room and extra towels. Very few outlets available in the room that weren't already used for the TV, lamp(s), A/C, etc. Woke up to a roach on the vanity counter after the first night. Front office offered to have the room sprayed in case of more. None seen after the first occurrence.
