Close to FWY 101, good shopping in walking distance for quick grocery shopping. Restaurant to open in 2024 finally. Very nice upgrade to Jr. Suite which was awesome. The cleaning is good, just little things are overlooked. Very nice staff, janitor, front desk, maintenance staff. Pool is very good.

Have been visiting for 6th time now. The pool is very nice and clean. The rooms are newly furnished, but the electrical appliances could be all replaced as well, a bit outdated. They switched all in our room because they didn't work due to various reasons. Very nice staff. The buffet is a bit lacking, restaurant opening still pending, no variations at breakfast buffet nor decaf coffee. They have it in the rooms, why not at buffet? We haven't used the bfast buffet very often due to these reasons. If they manage to train their staff a bit better with regard to the new boutique style hotel, then this can be a hidden gem.

Waren 3 Wochen im Hotel, alles in 2019 renoviert worden. Zimmer und Bad sind toll, TV riesig in Courtyard Zimmern. Neue Kühlschränke und Kaffeemaschine wären im Rahmen der Neugestaltung schon gut, auch Mikrowelle wirkt nicht modern, besonders nachdem Zimmer und Bad toll upgedatet wurden. Service freundlich, aber Kommunikation mit Zimmermädchen kaum möglich, sprechen fast alle nur spanisch. Daher auch umständlich, da dann alles über Frontdesk geht. Leider fehlt jeden Tag etwas nach der Reinigung der Zimmer, es wird nicht nach Liste abgestimmt, welche Dinge leer sind. Viel extra Arbeit für den Gast, entweder fehlte Kaffee, Duschgel, Toilettenpapier etc. Auch war es schwierig mit Handtüchern am Pool, nach diversen Nachfragen hat sich das verbessert. Für ein Boutique Hotel muss noch an dem Service gearbeitet werden. Hier fehlt die Vorgabe des Managements, damit die Mitarbeiter klare Vorgaben haben, was genau zu machen ist. Der Poolbereich ist top sauber. Der Pool groß und tipptopp in Ordnung. Leider wurden 2 x Betten bezogen und man übersah Blutflecken am Laken/Bettdecke. Das haben wir beim Management reklamiert, es wurde auch eingeräumt, dass dies inakzeptabel ist. Wie vorher erwähnt, muss das Management hier besser schulen und sein Personal besser anleiten. Beim ersten Zimmer war der Kühlschrank nicht ok, wir zogen dann in ein Zimmer Dank upgrade um. Hier gehört auch eine Kontrolle der Zimmer eingeführt, es ist nicht Aufgabe der Gäste, die defekten Sachen zu melden.

Bin zum 4. dort gewesen seit 2016, damals noch vor der großen Renovierung. Ist jetzt 3 Jahre danach mit ersten kleinen Kratzern an Möbeln, aber das liegt eben an den Gästen, die bei viel Wechsel auch mal kleine Gebrauchsschäden hinterlassen. Das Restaurant wird noch renoviert, ist aber im Herbst fertig. Im Sommer neue Lobby, das Frühstück ist pick up Mo. bis Fr., am Wochenende Buffet auf Terrasse. Daher etwas eingeschränkte Auswahl gegenüber früher, da hatte man kreativer sein können. Ist aber mit etwas eigenem Vorrat ok. Personal ist super, alle immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Front Desk und der Hausmeister, generell das ganze Team ist sehr familiär. Die Lage ist top. 1 Ausfahrt bzw. Auffahrt vom Fwy 101. Walgreens, Walmart, Ralph's (Lebensmittel) vor der Tür. Schön wären mehr Möbel für Kleidung im Zimmer, Haken/Garderobe zum aufhängen von Sachen.
