Nice cozy place to yourself with a private entrance. A private full bathroom with a shower. No parking but plenty of street parking.basketball courts and tennis courts less then 100 yards away from property also a park to throw a picnic with your partner or family. Located in the safe neighborhood of hacienda heights and the cleanest trails up in the hills to go hiking or just for sight seeing. Supermarket one block away.
