The property is conveniently located to freeways, shopping & local attractions. Our room was clean upon check in & you could still smell cleaning products when entering the room, which was a good thing in my book. The comfort level of the bed & bedding was acceptable, sheets were clean, even if a few stains were present & thread count was good, mattress could have been a little softer, but that’s a personal preference. 3 pillows were provided for each queen bed & they varied in firmness. Love that there was no carpet in the room, shower pressure was good & like how in the shower there was a shelf/tiled bench that allows for enough room for hygiene products. Room was very spacious, closet was huge but there were very few hangers provided. The major flaw we encountered was a severe lack of outlets for being able to plug devices into & they are in the lamps, which in our room the ones attached to the wall near the bed were loose & one didn’t allow the charger to work at all. Parking can be a little awkward here, the inner courtyard has very limited space & the parking spots surrounding the property are a little tight, but appreciate that they have security walk the grounds at night. We had a bottom floor room & while this could have been just who was above us but we could hear every footstep. Also, we were right next to the elevator & ice machine & it was very loud every time either of those were used & it was frequently. Finally thought, lighting in the sink area was very dim.

Pool was not clean. Property was old and not maintained well. I liked the size of the rooms and a lot of sunlight making it bright. There was no body wash provided, but soap was provided. Water pressure in bathtub was low. I liked the free parking. No free breakfast.

We stayed overnight because we had an early flight. Staff was helpful and room was clean and recently updated. They utilize Lyft for airport transportation. The lift driver did not have room for luggage and canceled. The GM took us in his own personal vehicle.
