Overall I had a great stay. Checking out was a bit difficult, but other than that it was quiet. I stayed in my room as I didn’t need to use the common area. I called ahead to ensure they knew what time I’d be coming.

Although two of us arrived early for checking in to the private room by 2:00pm, the property manager arrived late and we had to check-in at 3:00pm. The housekeeper was amazingly accommodating and a hard worker, she let us stay in the common areas to avoid the heat while we waited. She made arrival much more pleasant of an experience.

San Marino was a great place to stay. You the option of staying in a private room or a shared room. My daughter and I we felt safe and the staff was amazing. I would stay there again.

Owner not taking charge of the situation!

No AC working in the room for my whole stay! Even after letting the staff know, False information they were going to repair it, but was never done! No television in the rooms! No soap, no shampoo nor rinse in packets! no clean towels nor room cleanliness!

DONT BOOK. Not a real property. Number on file does not work it is disconnected! I was never able to get the lock box code. I was on site and nobody was able to help me. I had to sleep in my car. I got at the property at 2pm to check in just as stated and never got any response.
No “front office” not able to check in whatsoever.

NO WAY OF ENTRY & NO REPLY FROM HOTEL

No one could let me into the building. The gate was locked and had a code with no communication from the hotel on how to access it. Both me and hotels.com attempted numerous times to contact the hotel via the number provided and email provided. Both went unanswered. Was left with nowhere to sleep for the night. Do not book this place.

They just need to relocate the trashes because it smells up the house...AND NO LAUNDRY FOR ANY GUESS... PERHAPS THEY SHOULD JUST CHARGE A FEE FOR US TO USE THE LAUNDRY.. OK THANK YOU

They gave away my RESERVED & PAID room to other guests and instead put me in a room with 7 other people. It was co-ed and there was a drunk man, I felt unsafe. There is no way to contact them at all. Their phone is full so you can’t even leave a message. I requested a refund and they have not approved this. Avoid if you can.
