Everything. My checkin was quick and seamless. The staff were friendly and super helpful from the front desk to valet services. The checkout process was just as quick, and the shuttle got me to the airport swiftly. I had a great time at Sheraton and would definitely come back.

Only there 5 hours as connection was cancelled. Stood for a much longer time waiting for the airport shuttle than the Hilton shuttle. That one went by 5 times before the Sheraton one arrived. Otherwise a nice hotel!

Stayed here 3 nights over 2 weeks between flights..I am always impressed with this hotel. Very clean and modern. The whole area at LAX has few options after 10 pm for food if you arrive late. They do have a self-serve cafe deli, water, etc, with sandwiches. We usually Uber Eats. Again, the rooms are fantastic. The staff is fantastic, and dinner in the hotel is very good, but more on the high end as expected. Every time I come to LA I stay here when staying close to the airport. Free shuttle service 24 hours a day !

I am always impressed with this hotel. Very clean and modern. I just wish they had more reasonable food option prices and that they offered them later in the evening. If your flight arrives really late. You're out of luck. The whole area at LAX has few options after 10 pm. So we Uber Eats. The rooms are fantastic. The staff is fantastic, and dinner in the hotel is very good, but more on the high end as expected. Every time I come to LA I stay here when staying close to the airport

I always stay here when I’m in the LAX area because it’s centrally located and most importantly the hotel is clean and their self parking in the back for an additional fee and the staff is friendly and the food downstairs is pretty decent and there’s a nice gym so thank you. Keep up the good work and see you soon in a couple of weeks

When we arrived we were able to check in immediately without having to wait until 4 pm. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Sheraton Gateway has several restaurant options and bar on the premises. They offer breakfast options either buffet or Ala Cart breakfast. The Sheraton Gateway offers free wifi, and Shuttle transportation to the LAX Airport.
