Jeff fr front desk is very friendly and welcoming. The valet guy was very nice and helpful letting you know options that is best for customers as we are thinking of either doing self parking or valet service. Sorry i wasn’t able to get his name. He welcomed us back with a smile. Makes you feel welcomed. Best spot to stay when you want to go nearby studio city. Glad we stayed overnight. Worth it!

Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Every question we asked was answered promptly, thoroughly and the staff seemed to go above and beyond to ensure guests are always happy. From help with directions, to assistance ordering transportation, to holding our luggage for the day (after check-out) and offering cold bottles of water while we waited for a ride in the heat. Thank you for making our first nights of our vacation exceptional!
