For me, the room location was perfect. It was at the end of the hall with stairwell on one end. Quiet and peaceful the entire stay.

The lobby was nice but did not match the room. The room we got looked like a motel 6 room and not a luxury hotel as it claims to be. I was very disappointed with the room. Windows are so tiny, they remind me of a prison cell.

We have stayed at Sofitel for over 10 years, and this last stay was just not the same. Seems like the hotel is cutting back on the room being cleaned, services prepared. Went to the restaurant and bought a burger and pizza for almost $70. Which doesn't make any sense, because the menu showed a different price. Not sure if we will be staying there again.
