Started off not so great. Did as i should called the hotel tonise the free airport shuttle. They took my name and told me where to wait. I went and stood in the rain as the hotel shuttle areabis outside uncovered. I saw the shuttle and approched she asked my name and said nope i am here for a ....(gave a different name). I accepted and continued to stand in the rain. About 5 min goes by and she says acrually i am waiting for you. I get on the shuttle. Once at the hotel took over 20 min to check in. Only onw front desk staff. Got to room. Started to settle in ordered dinner door dash for delivery. Food comes and power goes out. We sat without power for almost an hour. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Just a couple hiccups.

The staff was excellently in assisting me with my disabled child. I would like to thank Ms. Doreen the manager for going the last mile for us. This hotel is located in El Segundo, Ca. a city filled with helpful people. And I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us!!!!! This hotel was lovely and everything was great. Sonesta Select is top notch!!!!

They said check in was at 4PM, we arrived at 5:30PM and our room was not ready, had to wait in lobby with all of our luggage on a cart. Air conditioner in room made a horrible noise all night.

Staff was unprofessional, they did not disclose $30 parking fee. Also they were busy talking with themself rather than helping customers. Hotel is dated with old carpet and furniture, bathroom sink was cracked Cleanliness was fair. I would not recommend this hotel.

Customer service was great, the hotel was quiet. However our room felt dirty; the room didn’t look like the ones pictured, the room smelled musty, the bathroom tub had old stains on it, there were small hairs on the walls of the shower that looked like pubic hair.
