I recently stayed at this motel, and unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. The area around the property felt unsafe and sketchy, with the strong smell of weed and alcohol in the hallways. Several guests appeared intoxicated and were loud and aggressive. Around midnight, there was constant noise — people were screaming, arguing, and banging on the walls. It was extremely unsettling, and I didn’t feel safe staying there. The environment was not suitable for families or anyone looking for a peaceful night’s rest. Overall, this place needs serious security measures and better management oversight. I checked out early and would not recommend it to others.

Booked 2 rooms. Called and spoke to somone as my sister could be there in timely manner but not me due to an unexpected school activity for my kid which required me leaving later than planned and arriving late. Called hotel directly to ensure room is in my sister name to check in and told them we would be checking in at 0500 they said they would make note of it. Arrived 0420 and they had no note and no room available. Trying to talk to anyone has been impossible and they have not returned anyones call. My sister stayed and said it smelled like smoke and it was dirty.

First night landed in a VERY NOISY ROOM. AGM Harnam changed my ROOM to a VERY Quiet Room. Then next 6 days were SUPER. Housekeeping Lady did a fantastic job for cleaning the Room spotlessly clean. Without these Latinas in housekeeping, US tour will be very unpleasing to anybody visiting US.
