Staff were very pleasant and always helpful. Room was comfortable and easily catered.fpr our 6 guests. There is a Ralphs supermarket across the road which has a starbucks which we found super convenient! Didnt love the lack of space in bathroom for toiletries, but thats not a huge deal, just annoying.

The rooms are very clean and the staff cleaned them every day. We were able to walk to the chinese theatre but it was a lot of uphill, coming back was a breeze!

​This hotel offers a great location and was a fantastic base for us! We loved being walking distance to the Walk of Fame, and the staff were super nice about checking us in early. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good, offering plenty of options (watch out, you might put on a few pounds!). ​Our only significant concerns, which led to the lower rating, are two-fold: the pool area is quite small and difficult to enjoy fully. More importantly, walking a bit further from the hotel reveals a disheartening amount of homelessness and rubbish, which made us feel unsafe at times. Excellent hotel service, but be mindful of the immediate neighborhood.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. Parking available, tight but no issues. We felt safe at all times in the area, security officer on duty. The pool was a nice addition in between the hustle and bustle. The room was comfortable. Floors were dirty which was disappointing but not a huge issue. Breakfast was free and provided enough options to suit us. Overall we thought this hotel was fantastic value for LA!

Property is very Clean, it is an oasis in Sunset. I commend Corey highly, he is a very dedicated and caring front desk manager. The stay is amazing, and the breakfast is delicious!

Excellent space, reception makes us uncomfortable

The room had plenty of space but the air conditioners were very noisy and the temperature was either extremely cold or turned off and the room was very hot... the bathroom has nowhere to hang the towels near the shower, it did not have many connections to charge usb tickets, and what bothers my family is that the man at the reception kept looking back at the pool at our daughter the teenager and her other sister noticed, until we asked him if he had any In this way, I read the water lens because we had lost something in the pool, he approached and that I approve of making a conversation... I ask him to make a challenge to make ice for someone he hated or had courage and my daughter was surprised... and I was there and asked my daughter to repeat what she said to me since she said it very close and only to her, her sisters also saw that it was strange and she walked away, we thought she wanted to be kind... but then he just looked at her from afar she went to her. Super uncomfortable for all my daughters and for me when my husband arrived he stayed away, so that was seen with bad intentions, in our opinion, and the pool was a little dirty since I repeat you could not see. I know that they have days to clean it but we had bad luck... but seriously we traveled often to LA, and we would like to return to that hotel, I hope that if we find a better place our experience next time, thank you for your great work.It's hard if you're late and few desability space.

Almost no parking available and difficult to access. A lot of homeless folks around the building and noisy. Unfriendly front desk and unhelpful. Small room for breakfast with small selections. I would not recommend it

One particular staff member was very rude. Bathroom space is tiny with no shelving. Parking is extremely limited and tight. Had to park on the street one night. Finding the room was confusing because the layout is dumb.
