I stay here due to the proximity to The Orpheum Theatre. The area is still up and coming and may not be for everyone but I’ve never had an issue and it’s only been getting better every time I come since so many new restaurants are opening up on the block. This was my first time staying in the room with the full kitchen and 2 king beds and I really enjoyed the space for me and my family This will definitely be the room I book from now on.
Check-in was easy and straightforward—just a code for the lobby and our room. Everything worked without a hitch, which was great since we got in pretty late. The king beds were really comfy and had plenty of space. I loved the overall vibe of the hotel—it felt modern but still relaxed. Definitely would stay here again.
This suite was spacious
and comfortable, perfect for me and to my colleague. We appreciated everything after a long day at the convention center. The staff was outstanding—Carlos and Kevin were incredibly helpful with local tips.
Staying in this penthouse for 2 days was a great decision. The space was incredible. Loved the brick walls and artwork. Smooth check-in was a plus and proximity to the Convention Center made our schedule so much easier. Excellent value.
We came in from San Diego for a quick birthday weekend and picked this place because it was so close to the Lakers game. We walked to the arena, grabbed drinks at LA live after, and were back in the unit in minutes. The layout was perfect for the 4 of us both bedrooms were a good size, and the beds were actually comfortable. The living room was huge, and we spent most of the mornings there drinking coffee and planning our day. It felt safe and well-managed, which always matters downtown.
We were really impressed with City Suites. Our room had way more space than we expected, especially in the living area, which made it easy for our family to spread out and relax. Everything felt clean and updated, with a nice modern touch. Kevin at the front desk is awesome—they gave us some great suggestions for things to do nearby. Overall, we had a really comfortable stay and would happily come back next time we’re in the area.
It’s a pretty good place to stay. Really cool room. Great style. Good staff. The surrounding area isn’t the nicest, but there are some good restaurants and bars, not far away. Good general location just not the nicest immediate neighborhood.
The staff was great and very attentive even before arrival , shout out to Carlos! The place is beautiful! It has everything you would need, it is a clean elegant two bedroom apartment, with large living area and fully equipped kitchen, even included a a washer and dryer. The Restroom has a cool sliding door that allows you to divide it into two independent areas (shower area and the toilet area). The place is very clean and very nice high ceilings !! The only bad part would be parking is not in the same building , but it is understandable when you look at the area, its pretty much the same for all other properties.
We drove in from Phoenix for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and see a show at the Orpheum. We brought our 3 kids and they liked having their own bedroom to share. The location was the whole reason we booked, short walk to the theatre and back.
This place was super clean and in a great location. I didn’t really deal with the staff face to face at all, but Carlos made sure that we were taking care of every steps of the way until our check in was complete. Not gonna lie, if was like an adventure (not a bad one) with a great treasure at the end!! Totally recommended and will definitely book again.
This turned out to be an amazing spot for our family stay. The suite had tons of space, especially in the living area, so we were able to relax, eat together, and unwind without feeling cramped. We were in town to visit family and went to the Walt Disney Concert Hall to see Home Alone in concert. Big shoutout to Carlos and Kevin the hotel staff. They gave us great tips on places to check out nearby and the restaurant recommendation Cara Cara was spectacular.
This was my second weekend staying at The Audemar and I keep choosing it because it’s so close to The Orpheum Theatre and Crypto Arena. The neighborhood is still developing, so it might not be everyone’s preference, but I’ve personally never had any issues. In fact, it keeps getting better each time I come back. New restaurants and spots keep opening up around the block.
