Stayed 3 nights and we’re really pleased with the hotel. The King room we had was clean and modern with a really comfortable bed. Nice toiletries provided and plenty of towels. The rooms must be well soundproofed as there was no guest noise at all even being by the lifts. Coffee maker supplies replenished daily and as a Marriott Bonvoy member we had free WiFi and bottled water. The staff we interacted with at the desk and guest services were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally placed approximately 15 minutes walk from the Disney entrance with restaurants and shops to pick up drinks etc on route. No time to use the pool or other facilities but it looked nice. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

The staff at Tangerine were really exceptional. Shoutout to Michael at front desk. Better than average coffee in the lobby, really comfortable bed, on-site parking. They have a continental breakfast from a local bakery, that had a nice selection, but honestly a bit disappointing as far as quality, but certainly not a deal breaker. Would definitely return.

Staff at hotel are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast pastry was delicious, as was the coffee. Staff will get you your particular pastry if none is on the tray. The pool is cute, as is the whole motel. While we always got a parking space there isn’t a plentiful supply…There is a supermarket within 10 mins walk (Vons), and WB is just 10 mins walk away. Both of these walks are safe. Great hotel in lovely, safe area and well serviced with restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay!

Some friends and I stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios and really enjoyed our stay! Staff was kind and very accommodating. We accidentally left the do not disturb sign on our door and they made a point to leave a message on our room phone to let them know if we needed anything. The room was clean and decorated nicely. Especially nice to have a separate vanity area, table with chairs, and the dimming lights are a plus. The area around the hotel is clean and super safe to walk around, and there’s a ton of food variety right around the hotel. The vending machines on property were convenient too. All in all, zero complaints. My boyfriend and I are season pass holders for Universal and we’ll definitely consider staying here again.
