aside from the expensive hotel room, the room was old, outdated and in major need of repair. The moment you open the room you can really smell the musty, unpleasant carpet odor. We arrived in the hotel around 8-9pm, while we are checking in at the hotel, somebody was cleaning the ceiling because of the leak. I left my Air Pod Pro in the hotel, it's been 2 weeks now, but still I haven't heard from them. Every time I called the lost and found department, they are not even helpful. They just told me to go to that website to file the item that was lost or left. I will NOT recommend this hotel to any of my friend or families, and I will not be back to this hotel.

I was double charged for the stay. There were numerous “miscellaneous” charges I wasn’t aware of and did not give permission to charge my card for. I was charged double for a “destination tax fee” or something. Horrible. Just charge what we agreed and leave it be.
