I don't understand why such a nice hotel has such awful food. I've stayed several times now, and even breakfast was bad. The facility is great, your people/staff are very nice. But in Pasadena, it would be great to have better breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

The entrance needs a larger marker or sign off of Los Robles, as it's easy to miss the turn into the property. I know that's probably something that can't be controlled, but it's just an issue I noticed.
It was me and my wife's wedding anniversary and your front desk host Nathan was very kind to send us a gift for our 36 yrs of marriage.

Great Local Hotel

Wonderful place with good service. Our only complaint is that the pool was being serviced and not available during one of the hottest weeks of the summer! Love the outdoor seating and location.
