The Space

Guest Access

Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, including the private balcony and all in-unit amenities. You will also have access to the shared pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, beach access, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two reserved parking spaces.

Self check-in instructions will be sent before arrival for a smooth and convenient experience.

Additional Details

Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Early check-in at 1:30 PM may be available for an additional $100.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out at 2:00 PM may be available for an additional $100.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Food delivery is allowed, but mail and package deliveries cannot be accepted.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of the community and neighbors.

In rare cases where maintenance is required, we may offer a complimentary upgrade to a similar or superior unit.

Up to two approved pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee of $99 per pet applies.
