The beach and ocean view are amazingly! Ocean is not swimmable. Hotel was clean and food was delicious. Pool needs some maintenance but there were lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas available.

Warning: you cannot go in the ocean in front of this hotel. The beach is beautiful, but the riptides and currents make it impossible to swim here. Nowhere on the website does it state this!!! The front desk staff were very unfriendly. Upon checking in, we were made to sit through a kind of orientation that was actually a pitch to go to a timeshare presentation. This was so off putting and unprofessional. Also, be aware that there is an automatic gratuity charged, one that they didn’t mention at check-in. The servers and cleaning staff were friendly. The food was tasty, but like all buffets, it got repetitive quickly. The daytime activities were lacking, but we enjoyed the live Cuban music and the karaoke/DJ. This is a budget hotel, with a budget experience.

The worst place ever we have been. They say it was inclusive but not and we have to pay all the food and that was an excepted expense. Drink was bad no alcohol to it at all. We were eating outside. Overall the picture you see and the hotel don’t much.

The door to my room did not have an inside extra lock. The door that connected to another room didn’t lock at all. The door to the balcony did not lock either. That’s a lot of doors without locks. The bed tilted to the left, like the entire mattress. The pillows were lumpy. The food was atrocious. Nice pool and beach area. Will never go back to this hotel. I checked out 2 days early because I was so uncomfortable.

The food is good and actually tasty. While theres not a lot of options, the food that is available is quite good. Theres one issue that i did not like, and that is that from 11 to 12, there are no food options!! The restaurant closes at 11, and the snack bar doesnt open intil 12.
