Better than we expected. Food was fine, rooms clean, pool chairs were always available. For such a large resort we didnt feel crowded. Did stay away from the beach pools full of people drinking. Beach vendors selling drugs were mildly annoying.

Overall the place is good to stay with the family specially if you have kids. They have many activities for them, a water park and slides. They keep the place clean. The entertainment was great. The hotel has access to the beach but you can only stay at the edge. The food at their restaurants was not that good for us. Some of the employees do Not have good customer service, but most of them were great.

Food was awful. Shampoo conditioner and body wash supplied by resort wasn’t ideal for the price paid to stay. Ocean view was gorgeous.

Stay was about 80% good. We just stayed at a riu in puerto vallarta and wanted to give another riu a try. Beds were very uncomforable and hard, pillows the same. We had a two full bed room and we should have taken into account that 4 bodies wouldnt fit well in that. We got sick the last night from something at the asian restaurant, but thats bound to happen at a bufffet. Other than that, the pools were awesome, waterpark was amazing for the kids, and the staff and entertainment staff were really great.

The resort was huge. Lots of entertainment and dining options. However the restaurants fill up pretty early and close early with no room service for late night snacks. It would have been great if they offered snacks for the room. Check in and check out lines are very long.

My husband had a wonderful 5 days! Clean rooms, delicious food, lots of entertainment and shopping. Close to Cabo Wabo cantina. The pool party was the best! Its definitely a party resort, which is what we wanted. You're never too old to party. We'll definitely be back!
