Overall good stay … horrible with the trying to find a luggage rack , and the Bar closes way too early ….. beds are comfortable…… owners or managers need to realize they don’t own the people that stay at their hotel and stop berating them for trying to pay with cash for an extra day … you can’t order people around like that and you can’t speak to your customers or travelers that way …. Besides that everything else was great

So disappointed with this property. I have stayed here for years when in town for events. The property was unkept. Rooms outdated, not clean, toilet ran throughout night. Room was not cleaned daily and had to request clean towels. Will never stay there again

It was only because It was 2am that I didnt argue. The only ice machine never had ice. I had to have my room card re-keyed 3 times do to card failure. I am owed a price difference refund.

Nice place if visiting Louisville

Really good value! Flock of geese call the lake on the property home. Fun to watch. Rooms are dated but clean. Its out of the way, but close to Louisville proper. Away from the bustle and bluster!

Good bones construction hotel

The hotel origins must have been a very expensive, luxurious and beautiful. Now, still have the potential to be again, however it needs some TLC. With a little money it can be. Restored and renovation and could be the hotel it was originally.

There were major repairs left undone all over. Peopel were smoking weed in the parking lot. We saw a house keeper hanidng out condoms in the hallway. There was a band aid on the lock inside our room. There were a couple holes on the walls in our room. The vents were dripping with dust. I have pictures if you want them.
