In the flight path of Louisville airport, specifically UPS airplane traffic. Property is older, needs work, room was ok. Basically no amenities. Also, it is a Motel 6, which is not that clear.

It was ok but the tub had hair all in it and there was some of the previous tenants bath contents on the shower wall.

My stay was less than ideal. The room smelled of smoke, but because the hotel was full for an event, the best they could do was offer air freshener. The room was not clean, and because doors open straight to the outside, there is a lot of noise that finds its way in. I won’t stay here again.

This is a Motel 6. The rooms are newly renovated and as pictured. The lobby wasn’t open when we arrived around 9PM. We had to check in by sliding ID and credit card under a plate glass window. 😬 The room looked clean but the mirror corner was broken and we found a pair of men’s underwear behind the bathroom door. The front desk personnel came to remove them. At this time, we were informed that to get extra towels you must take dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them. The family we were traveling with arrived soon after. They saw roaches within minutes of arriving so they checked out and were offered a refund. We were told by the manager we wouldn’t be able to get a refund even though the cancellation policy with Expedia said we could but pay one nights stay. We stayed that night but were unable to get much sleep because it is so close to the airport all you hear are planes taking off and landing. The next morning when the manager was in she said again that we would not be refunded. Expedia called her and we were able to leave and received a refund for 2 nights. Expedia also gave us a $50 credit to book a new stay.

Think twice before staying here

When we pulled up and saw how run down the hotel was, I should have cancelled then but it was past the cancellation deadline. After checking in, the front desk clerk was behind a secure window, I found out how scary this hotel was and tried to cancel our stay but we were unable to due to hotel policy. We were also unable to cancel the next few nights because we already paid for them. I was not comfortable staying at this hotel. The outside was run down and looked dangerous for two females to stay. The inside of the hotel room was a bit better. Clean and had a larger refrigerator. The bathroom was tiny and the tub looked like it needed a deep scrub. Overall the hotel should have a star review bc it is not a hotel that is in what o consider a safe area, the hotel outside is run down, and the inside needs better cleaning. When the reviews state bad things about a hotel, believe the reviews. My lesson was learned with this stay. Never again.

The property was fine. Staff was nice. My room was clean. The walls were pretty thin and the planes going by were very loud like every 20-30 mins. Luckily the planes did stop over night. The bed was also very hard. But I still had a nice time and would book again if I needed to.

Very Good No Frills Hotel

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean even had a full size fridge and microwave. Reasonable price during the truck show that we were in town for . Great location. Close to airport so it is a little loud all day and night but that is the case with every motel in that area. We will stay there again.

Very decent hotel for the price. Traveled with my service dog and plenty of area around the hotel to walk them. Was concerned about expressway traffic and airport noise but it was not an issue at night. Bed was super comfortable, shower had great water pressure. Plan on staying here again.

We didn’t have an issue with staff switching our room due to the first one not being clean! The inside of the hotel (the rooms) look way better then the outside which was a plus. This place seems like a trap house

I find nothing appealing about this place, and the sole redeeming quality is its convenient location near the airport. I eagerly anticipate my departure. Not very clean, but front desk was friendly

Floors left out feet dirty, the door didn't seal completely, the door lock was broken, there was dog feces all over the grass on the property not just in the potty spot

I liked the location of the property in relation to our event at the Convention Center. The rooms looked newly renovated and were very clean. Housekeeping arrived early and was prompt in changing out towels. Facility does not provide shampoo or conditioner in their bathrooms, so make sure to bring your own. Also, close to the airport, so you will hear loud air traffic from the larger planes. The main negative I have about the specific room we stayed in was that the door was not sealed, so much so that daylight was coming through the door. It wasn't too much of an issue for us, but it is something that they really need to mindful of and fix.

Well, the toilet seat was pretty much so loose it slid when you tried to sit down. With the bathroom door closed, you could see thru the crack between the door frame and door. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in. There was cold air coming in from the bottom and side.
