Algarve - The Perfect Family Villa with Private large Pool

Casa Lobo is situated in Almancil which is a 10 / 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago and also only five minutes drive from the town of Loule. It is a 25 minute drive from Faro Airport and approximately 20 minutes to Vilamoura and 30 minutes to Albufeira.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have twins beds.
Downstairs is the third bedroom with adjoining bathroom.
There is a terrace situated on the 1st floor with outdoor loungers.
The living area and kitchen are also situated on the ground floor , with patio doors leading from the lounge to the outside area ,which has a table and chairs and also sunbeds.

There is an outdoor BBQ situated next to the pool area and parking is right by the villa gates.

The new shopping centre and Outlet store which has only been open a few years is only a ten minutes drive away.. There are an abundance of good restaurants in the close vicinity and we would be happy to recommend.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Karting Almancil. An outdoor pool, a water park and laundry facilities are available. The villa includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.

We loved the villa it was clean and tidy, had every thing we needed. The only thing i would comment on was the single bed down stairs near the bathroon next to the window was very noisy when you turn side to side, my partner has just said that the car entrance to the hardstand was too high so we couldn't use the handstand as it would have damaged the underneath of the car.

A lovely villa near Loulé away from the main villages. The villa was clean, tidy and had everything we needed as a family of 4.The villa is situated slightly outside the main towns and a car is a must. Close to supermarkets and a short drive to the main highways that take you to the beaches and the larger touristy areas of Vilamoura and Albufeira, where restaurants, bars are more available.Lots to see and do in the region, including boat trips, salt mine tour, and walks.We had a really great time, and would definitely return.

Great getaway

Very happy overall. Ideally need a car due to location which we had so wasn't any trouble. In a quiet cul-de-sac off the road. Nice size pool, a little cold this time of year but my daughter made full use of it. Great selection of english TV channels, 3 bathrooms, comfy beds with plenty of towels etc. would definitely come back. The host was very quick to reply with any questions too.

Nice spacious property with lots of outdoor space. Easy reach of Loule and supermarkets. Uber to Faro roughly 18 euro. Would benefit from New sun lounger cushions.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa. Very spacious and secure. Great communication with owner and management company responsive to us. Only thing is personal for us was location was not great in terms of having to drive everywhere. Nothing local within walking distance (that we could find) perfect if you want to be chilled and at villa majority of time. But this is a personal choice. Other than this it was great x

Lovely villa in rural location

Great communication with owner and agent. Good size pool and comfortable sun loungers. Kitchen recently been upgraded with new appliances. Comfortable new sofas and excellent tv package. Car needed, but easy drive to Almancil, supermarket and beaches. A good base for exploring the area. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Very centrally located villa with good facilities.

Excellent facilities and in a small private roadway. Found the double bed to be very soft for our liking and hence not comfortable for us. English TV channels very good and probably best we have had. Villa amenities very good with everything provided. The owner Mike was very good with communication.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrfach gereinigt. Mit dem Auto kann man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in circa 10 Minuten erreichen. Des Weiteren ist Mike ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Vermieter. Zusammenfassend kann ich das Haus von Mike uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir kommen gerade aus dem Urlaub zurück und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Es gab sogar 1-2 Mal die Woche eine Putzfrau, die tip top sauber gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt hat. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit einer angemessenen Größe. Die beiden Zimmer im OG haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe, man konnte als Erwachsener seine Runden schwimmen und sich danach auf den Liegen ausruhen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet immer schnell. Wir können die Villa bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das einzige, was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, wären Töpfe. Es gab eine Auswahl an Pfannen, die auch super waren. Allerdings wollten wir für die Kinder Nudeln kochen, das mussten wir dann allerdings in der Pfanne machen ;-). Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, zu Fuß kommt man in der Gegend nicht weit. Mit dem Auto hat man aber vieles relativ schnell erreicht: diverse Supermärkte, Restaurants, Outlet, Strand usw.

Boa comunicação por parte do Mike e por parte do seu colega Mr. Keith que bem nos acolheram e ajudaram durante a nossa estadia. Tudo em bom estado e a funcionar. Uma sema fabulosa

Nunca tínhamos alugado casa sem conhecer o dono e correu tud muito bem. O Mike é super simpático e prestável e a Olga é super eficiente e foi d muito prestável (não estavamos a conseguir dar com a moradia, ligamos para a Olga e ela foi ter connosco e levou-nos até à casa). Serviço 5 estrelas. Passamos 7 dias maravilhosos na moradia. A única coisa que tenho para comentar de menos positivo é relativamente ao colchão da suite de casal, que já apresenta algum desgaste e se torna desconfortável. Obrigada por umas férias ótimas.

Propriétaire très aimable et arrangeant! Malgré la difficulté à trouver la maison car pas d adresse exacte, nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre contact sur place (car propriétaire absent )qui venu à notre rencontre et nous a amener jusqu à la maison . La maison est très bien équipée , propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation et salle de bain dans chaque chambre . La piscine, le barbecue , les transats, tout est parfait pour de super vacances en famille. Supermarché a proximité, l aéroport et la ville de Faro sont à 20 minutes ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et c est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons lors d un prochain séjour en Algarve. Merci à Mike !
