Deficiências

Apartamento com várias deficiências, maçanetas soltas, torneira da banheira solta da parede, portão do terraço com uma dobradiça partida ( 1/2), janela com tranca de segurança estragada, o que permitia que qualquer pessoa pudesse entrar do lado de fora ( falta de segurança ). Caso seja necessário posso juntar fotos. Julgo que é de lamentar a publicação destes imóveis.

O apartamento para um casal é suficiente. A máquina de lavar loiça é com certeza o utensílio de que mais senti falta.
