VILAMOURA COSY 3 WITH POOL by HOMING

Cozy apartment in Vilamoura, inserted in a condominium with swimming pool and public parking in the surroundings (reservation is not possible), located in a quiet and familiar area, with lots of green areas and less than 1.5 km from the Marina and 2 km from Pinhal Golf Course.

With 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people, it has a balcony with furniture to dine or just relax while enjoying the great sun exposure of the Algarve.

It is fully equipped, including air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the accommodation, and all sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in, which must be done from 3:30 pm. At the time you must inform us of your arrival time.

Key collection will be made at our Welcome Center in Vilamoura, where you can also leave your luggage on the day of your check-in or check-out, if necessary.

Please note that between 7:00 pm and 2:00 am late check-in is considered and is carried out directly at the apartment and has the following additional costs:
- €30 from 19:00 to 00:00
- €50 from 00:00 to 02:00

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Situation

Bien situé, propre ,grande piscine. Seul petit bémols 50 euros de frais pour arriver tardive ,mais annoncé dans l'annonce
