Établissement est très bien situé à côté de tout, très pratique. Le point faible c’est la surface de la chambre et salle de bain trop juste. J’ai réservé une chambre pour 2 nuits avec un lit double mais en arrivant je me retrouve avec 2 lits simples. J’ai demandé de changer mais la réception m’a répondu qu’il y a plus de chambre ( l’hôtel est complet avec un très grand groupe de pèlerinage),la réceptionniste m’a dit que demain il y aura beaucoup de départ et c’est possible de me changer une autre chambre comme j’ai réservé. Je suis très étonnée de cette réponse 😡😡😡😡 C’est la première fois que ça m’arrive, je suis très déçue de mon séjour. Il faut revoir pour le label de 4*, très limite

Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas des Tapis de chambre crasseux. Et la réception fait des promesses qui ne tiennent pas. Aucun parking sur place alors qu’il l’indique sur le site. Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas leur label de 4 étoiles.

Accueil et l'hotel très agréable. Côté restauration, très professionnel et serviable. Comme convenu lors de nos échanges téléphonique samedi 2/02, je vous fais suivre la facture incluant le petit déjeuner et le paking (suite à une erreur de réservation indépendante de notre volonté. la rivalle

hôtel très agréable bien situe mais chambre un peu petite ainsi que la salle de bain.Personnel très accueillant .Restauration qualité prix correct.Je reviendrai volontiers dans cet hotel
