The Living space is south facing so a beautiful view of the sea from the bay fronted window. On the first floor is the living room, kitchen and main Bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, a study / dressing room, shower room and separate WC Our flat is in a perfect position to enjoy the fantastic beach at Lowestoft & Pakefield. It’s within walking distance to all the facilities you would require, such as convenience stores, restaurants and bars. The Claremont Pier amusements are within touching distance too, to keep the kids entertained! The amazing Fish & Chips @ Claremont Pier are located here too! The Thatched restaurant is only a 3 minute walk away that does wonderful breakfasts, treats and lunches! The flat itself is ideal for a base to explore many parts of Lowestoft, including the Africa Alive zoo in Kessingland, only a 10 minute drive away! If you’re arriving by train, Lowestoft Train Station is only 0.7 miles away, so a 3 minute drive if you need to get a taxi from the station to the flat. If you’re arriving by car, there are plenty of places to park along the B1532 (Wellington Esplanade) located only a 1-2 minute walk away from the flat! The flat is based over 2 stories, so there are 2 flights of stairs to consider. The living space is on the first floor and the bedrooms on the top floor. The ground floor is a ladies hairdressers. The bedrooms are on the 3rd (top) floor. The bedrooms are based off each other too, so the entrance from the top floor landing goes into bedroom 2 (the single beds) and then a door leads off that room to the master bedroom with the king size bed. A separate door off the master bedroom then leads into the Office / Dressing Room and then a door off the office leads into the top floor shower room.
